NEW Section Added: Talking About IBD
This new section features the Crohn’s & Colitis Storybook, which was created by the Patient Advisory Council to address a need for more discussion and perspectives from young people about the realities of living with IBD. This 48-page booklet, beautifully presents an array of contributor profiles, and their thoughts on topics ranging from Education to Self-Care to Relationships, and general perspectives on IBD in their own lives. There are 15 specific questions answered throughout this resource, and it is now available for free download here >>

UPDATED: Transition to Adult Care Resources
We recently updated an article originally written for a 2013 issue of CIRCLE eNewsletter by Sandy Kim, MD and Maureen Kelly, RN, MS, CPNP. In it they discuss transition from the clinician perspective, outline transition stages and goals for parents and patients, and provide answers to frequently asked transition questions.
