As parents and guardians of children with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, the Parent/Family Advisory Council (PFAC) (formally known as the Parent Working Group (PWG)) is committed to enhancing the quality of life for the young people and their families who live with IBD. In partnership with the ImproveCareNow Network and the local Care Center teams, the PFAC empowers patients and their families to thrive in their lives by improving the quality and outcomes of IBD care.

The PFAC recognizes the value of connecting parents across ImproveCareNow to enable shared progress and involvement of parent partners. With this end in mind, The PFAC Membership Team created the PWG Directory. Parents who would like to receive and/or be included in the directory should sign up for the PFAC. Once an active member (having attended one or more PFAC meetings), you are eligible to receive and be added to the directory. Once eligible, please email [email protected] to request your copy and/or let us know you'd like to be included in the directory.
