Ed Colodny was previously Of Counsel to the firm of Dinse, Knapp, McAndrew, P.C. of Burlington, Vermont. He previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of US Airways, Inc.; as Chairman of the Board of Comsat Corporation; as interim President of the University of Vermont; and as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vermont. Mr. Colodny has served on several nonprofit boards, and currently is on the board of OneCare, and Healthcare Network of SW Florida Foundation. He is a Life Trustee of the University of Rochester, where he received his A.B. with distinction. He received his LLB from Harvard Law School.
