ImproveCareNow is pleased to announce that the Network has expanded to include 46 participating care centers, spanning 26 states and including one center in London, England. Centers participating in ImproveCareNow now include nine of the top 12 honor roll children’s hospitals, and 19 of the top 30 pediatric gastroenterology programs.
The 46 ImproveCareNow centers have 425 pediatric gastroenterologists and 14,100 patients with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

Kravis Children’s Hospital at Mount Sinai (recently ranked by US News and World Report as 21st in pediatric gastroenterology) located in New York City is joining ImproveCareNow under the joint leadership of Drs. David Duncan and Keith Benkov, and Clare Ceballos, RN, PNP.
OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital located in Portland, Oregon is joining ImproveCareNow under the leadership of Dr. Linda Muir.
Dr. Christopher B. Forrest of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute has called ImproveCareNow the leading learning health system for children in the nation, and perhaps the world. Since ImproveCareNow began, the percentage of kids with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis who are in remission (feeling well, no symptoms, fully active) has increased from 50% to over 75% – all without new medicines.
