We are asking pediatric IBD centers to participate in a survey study aiming to understand IBD healthcare provider perspectives on Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) screening processes. We are asking for responses from various healthcare provider roles including physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical social workers, psychologists, and nutritionist/dietitians.
We want to understand the perception that providers currently hold towards SDoH screening through a REDcap survey, approximately 15 minutes in length. For centers who have an established screening process we also seek to inquire about the key elements of your process, and for those who don’t yet have such a process, we want to learn more about any barriers involved. This survey is completely de-identified and anonymous.
