The PAC released episode 1 of our imPACt podcast on February 28, 2021. Join me (Vanessa) and my communications co-chair, Fionna as we celebrate one year of imPACt and chat about some of our favorite parts of podcasting, share which episodes we like the most, and talk about where the podcast may be headed in the future.

Did you know that the imPACt podcast went from an idea to a reality in just six months? When you compare that to one of our PAC toolkits, it feels like a really fast turn around! In our first year, we released 22 episodes covering a variety of topics and featuring the voices, stories and perspectives of PAC members & alumni as well as care providers from across ImproveCareNow - it's been a really great platform for connections and conversation.

My favorite episode is IBD and Parent-Patient Relationships – I think it’s an interesting topic and it’s something that we all have to navigate (patients need to navigate relationships with their parents, and parents need to navigate having a child with a chronic illness).

Fionna says she really enjoyed recording the Patient Centered Care episode with two physician guests. And also having PAC alumni, like Dr. Jennie David, join the podcast and talk about where they’ve gone since the PAC.

Join us for episode 23 and let's celebrate one year of imPACt 💚💙

Here's where to listen:
