Join me (Autumn), Henry & Samantha for a conversation about medical trauma in IBD with ICN SWAP (Social Workers & Psychologists) group members Dr. Jennie David (licensed clinical pediatric IBD psychologist) and Dr. Alexandra Fuss. We are honored to have them join us to discuss this important topic.

Episode 26 of imPACt includes patient & provider perspectives on medical trauma in IBD

Dr. David and Dr. Fuss did an amazing job giving insight into and explaining these important and very common topics that folks with IBD experience often! I know for me personally I learned a lot during this podcast and I related and learned some things about my personal experiences that I never realized before.

This was my very first imPACt podcast! It was a fun and exciting experience and I’m looking forward to doing more in the future! Dr. David and Dr. Fuss were both so great to work with, I hope to collaborate with them again in the future.

In episode 26 you'll hear first-hand insights from PAC members on how medical trauma has impacted them and how providers have experienced and seen medical trauma as well. We'll discuss ways to deal with medical trauma, including the importance of support systems.
