Hey everyone, my name is Benjamin. I had symptoms for several months, but I was finally diagnosed with Crohn's when I was 11. After trying several medications and treatments, I am now on Remicade, and have been symptom free for five years. I love to play sports and hang out with my friends. One fact people may not know about me is that I was born in Switzerland.

One of my biggest issues has always been my diet. I do not eat wheat, and avoid several other foods as well. Finding the right meals and brands has helped me overcome diet worries. Luckily gluten free alternatives have become so much more prevalent these days, you can find substitutes for almost anything that would otherwise have wheat in it.

I loved having all the support from friends and family around me at a time when I was first having symptoms and feeling vulnerable and alone. I was attracted to the PAC because it gave me an opportunity to give back to people the same way I was helped.
