Community Conferences are energizing and fast-paced. Together we do a lot of learning, sharing and connecting. Twitter is a fast, free and easy way to document and share learnings and ideas, connect with our ICN colleagues and community, and generate and spread awareness and enthusiasm for our work. Here are some tips so you can join the conversation!

Use Twitter to join the conversation! Here’s how:

  • Sign up for or log into a Twitter account at twitter.com
  • Follow @improvecarenow and @icnpatients on Twitter
  • Tweet to @improvecarenow and @icnpatients so we can follow you and add you to our Community Conference list
  • Include #ICNCC19S in every tweet from or about the Spring 2019 Community Conference; other hashtags to include: #improvecarenow #pathway2mastery #innovation

Want to do more? Take Twitter to the next level

  • Tweet and add your #improvecarenow story to your profile
  • Ask a friend or colleague to join you on Twitter
  • Tweet LIVE from an #ICNCC19S session. TIP: Let us know what session you’re tweeting from. Retweet & reply to others’ tweets to build a thread
  • Tweet at others in your network to connect them with @improvecarenow and @icnpatients and the #ICNCC19S story

Share Facebook LIVE!

We’ll be going LIVE on Facebook, again. Like and Follow us to ensure you can view, like & share our videos and posts. By liking and sharing videos & posts, you’re helping spread the word about ICN and giving others an opportunity to experience the Community Conference.

Instagram Stories

We will be posting & updating our Instagram story. Follow us & #ICNCC19S (yes, you can follow hashtags on IG!) Watch your feed for posts, which you can like & leave comments on. And when our logo pops up in the stories feed – just tap it to watch 💚💚💚💚
