If your care center is in the Foundations Learning Lab
As pre-work for the upcoming ICN Community Conference, please complete this Center Self-Assessment. We are asking each person on your team to complete the assessment. This tool will be used to guide learning lab time, measure center-level outcomes, advance QI skills & projects, and develop ICN network activities. We will use this information to tailor content at our Community Conference and in 2026 Learning Labs to best meet your needs.

There will be no pre-work for this learning lab at this year's community Conference.
