ImproveCareNow (ICN) has officially announced the call for proposals from clinician, parent, and patient members of the ICN community to develop presentations for the Spring 2018 Community Conference.
Any member of the ImproveCareNow community who plans to attend the Community Conference is invited to submit a proposal. Patient and parent partners are strongly encouraged to participate!
Proposals are due February 28, 2018 and should demonstrate core ImproveCareNow concepts, such as the use of data for improvement, building quality improvement (QI) capacity and skills, and patient and parent engagement; or present innovative approaches to care, which have been successfully tested by an ImproveCareNow center.
Accepted proposals will be developed into sessions representing the interests and experiences of diverse community members, and a commitment to sharing seamlessly so others in ImproveCareNow can steal shamelessly and more patients with IBD can benefit.
