ImproveCareNow Welcomes Seven New Care Centers

ImproveCareNow (ICN) is thrilled to share that seven new care centers have joined since 2024. This exciting growth and expansion of our Learning Health Network means more children and youth will benefit from improved outcomes and consistent, reliable IBD care. Our newest teams join established clinicians, researchers, patients, families, and improvers across the ICN Network who are committed to sharing knowledge, improving outcomes, and accelerating innovation in pediatric inflammatory bowel disease care.

The ICN Network brings together care centers across 38 states, plus the District of Columbia, England, Qatar, and Belgium. These centers actively participate in a Learning Health Network of more than 100 teams that work together to learn, share, and continuously improve, bringing about more reliable, proactive IBD care and healthier children and youth. They share resources and strategies to improve care for kids with IBD. Utilizing the powerful, enhanced ICN registry,  teams identify care gaps, undertake improvement initiatives to bridge these gaps, and then analyze outcomes to make real and lasting improvements.

We are thrilled to welcome these newest centers to ImproveCareNow. Our continued growth speaks to the success of the network and the exceptional work taking place across our centers. We are so grateful for your participation and confidence in our community.

ImproveCareNow provides value to its participating care centers by enabling healthcare professionals to: 

• Provide the best care possible for pediatric patients with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis 
• Increase patient remission rates, reduce their symptoms and improve their nutrition and growth
• Determine if there are gaps between ImproveCareNow Model IBD Care and the care that patients are receiving and leveraging quality improvement science to close those gaps
