We invite all people wishing to learn more about and get involved with ImproveCareNow to join us on October 11 between 4 and 8pm ET for our Fall 2017 Virtual Community Conference. Virtual Community Conferences are FREE, OPEN & INTERACTIVE webinars. We schedule them over a four hour time period, so you can drop in when it's convenient for you. RSVP to join all or some sessions, depending on your availability and interests. We hope you are as excited as we are by the diverse content prepared by people from across our Learning Health System, including the Parent Working Group and Patient Advisory Council.

In ImproveCareNow we have a motto: all teach, all learn, which we really take to heart. As you can see by reviewing our agenda, we plan to highlight expert speakers (clinicians, improvement leaders, parents, and patients) addressing a range of topics related to improving pediatric IBD care, including research co-production, quality improvement, and concrete tools to support patients and families. Patients and parents are not only attendees at our Virtual Community Conferences, they are also presenters, facilitators, and co-designers.
We look forward to connecting with you virtually on 10/11!
As you consider what you're most excited to learn more about, and think about the questions or insights you want to share with our community, we encourage you to connect with @improvecarenow on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook & join the Virtual Community Conference conversation no matter where you are!
Our Virtual Community Conference hashtag - #ICNVCC - was created via Symplur and the Healthcare Hashtag Project, which is aimed at connecting the dots in healthcare social media. By including #ICNVCC in posts and tweets from and about the Virtual Community Conference we can document and share learning and ideas, make connections with our colleagues and community, and spread awareness of ImproveCareNow and IBD.
