ImproveCareNow Bootcamp will be held on Thursday September 17, 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (ET) / 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 a.m. (PT).
Attendance at this session is highly encouraged for all newer ICN team members (team members who have joined their center within 12 months). This includes physicians, improvement coordinators, dietitians, psychosocial professionals, nurses, advanced practice nurses, and other care team members. Together, experienced ICN centers, staff and mentors will help new community members orient to the culture and get assistance with aligning ICN activities to local workflows. Participants will leave Bootcamp with a greater understanding of how ICN makes a difference; how their efforts matter; and develop relationships with mentors and other new team members.
