Opportunity - Surgical Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Questions: Pediatric Surgeon & Gastroenterologist’s Priorities

For patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), which includes diagnoses such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, and indeterminate colitis, and their parent(s)/family members:

On Wednesday, July 3 from 6 – 7 PM EST Nationwide Children’s Hospital is hosting a conference call for IBD patients and parents with doctors across the nation. The goal is to create a list of research topic priorities around surgery for pediatric IBD.

What participating entails: It consists of a 60-minute teleconference and a brief online survey a week later. There will unfortunately be no financial compensation for this study, but there is an opportunity to have your name included in the publication.
