PAC Chat - June 2017

PAC Chats are a monthly one hour web chat for IBD patients of all ages to share their experiences, ask questions, and receive support from other patients. Every PAC chat will include a specific topic related discussion as well as an open forum and discussion. PAC Chats are a friendly and judgement free environment for all patients to talk about IBD.

June's Special Topic: Traveling with IBD

Please note: After you RSVP, you must fill out a survey confirming if you or over or under 18 years of age to receive the call-in information. If you are under 18, you will need to have a consent form signed by a parent guardian (available after you take the survey). 

You MUST complete this survey to complete registration. (it will also be in the email you receive after you RSVP).
