We are excited to be hosting our Fall 2025 Community Conference in Orlando, Florida from September 17 to September 19. We look forward to engaging with healthcare providers, patients, parents/caregivers, researchers and improvers from across ImproveCareNow to all teach and all learn, to share and develop new and innovative approaches to improve pediatric IBD care and outcomes, to further our research, and to build our community. Learner Objectives for our Fall 2025 Community Conference include
- Apply best practices demonstrated through ImproveCareNow quality improvement, research, clinical practice, and community engagement skills to accelerate improvement in outcomes.
- Develop connections and relationships with clinicians, patients, parents, and trusted partners to work together in new ways for the benefit of the IBD community.
- Describe strategies to optimize workflows and leverage technology advancements to enhance clinical experience and improve outcomes.
- Examine the latest research, emerging innovations, and ICN best practices to realize our strategic priorities.

Educational Gap: Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) affects 80,000+ children and adolescents in the United States. Healthcare teams providing care to these children and adolescents need access to and training on quality improvement (QI) tools and methods. This enables them to reduce unintended variation in care and improve clinical processes and outcomes. They also need face to face contact with parents and patients to share ideas on how best to create meaningful partnerships. Improved QI, research, and community engagement skills give these interdisciplinary teams the opportunity to standardize care, improve clinical processes and patient outcomes.
