Dear Improvers,

We are thrilled you will be joining us at the ImproveCareNow Spring 2019 Community Conference in Dallas on March 29-31, 2019, where we will share and develop new and innovative approaches to improving care, furthering research, and building community. Click here to see the draft agenda.  As always, we will share the final agenda and breakout selections once CME/CNE credit is finalized.

What Do We Want To Accomplish?
As with past ImproveCareNow Community Conferences, we have planned something for everyone, regardless of your role, current level of quality improvement knowledge, or the current focus of your research or improvement efforts. In addition, this Community Conference we will be launching a new initiative that will enable enhanced peer-to-peer and data driven learning with a practical focus on taking your care center to the next level of outcomes performance.  Our Community Conference objectives are for attendees to have:

  • Participated in new peer groupings and be able to articulate how they plan to reach the next level of outcomes performance;
  • Acquired new examples and ideas on how to partner with parents and patients in meaningful ways to grow their local improvement community;
  • Planned to test new changes at their center in alignment with 90-day goals;
  • Demonstrated enhanced ImproveCareNow quality improvement, research, and community engagement skills.

An Important Note About Attendance:
We will adjourn on Sunday, March 31 at 12PM Central Time.
